Medium straw yellow. Bouquet is reminiscent of green and yellow plums, Meyer lemons, green pears, white flowers and herbs. Immensely elegant, silky and slightly nutty with white as well as yellow fleshy fruit, some citrus and herbs. The wine appears ripe and round, the texture silky and fine, but at the same time has a good grip. It offers a lot of nobility and a nice depth, but proves to be immensely drinkable in its combination of silkiness, freshness, fine minerality and nuttiness.

Description
Domaine Thomas Morey is located in the heart of the commune of Chassagne-Montrachet. Thomas comes from a family that has been cultivating vines on the Côte de Beaune for ten generations. Since 2007, he has been working independently together with his wife Sylvie and cultivates about 13 hectares, which have also been officially certified organic since 2017.
