GENERAL SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By ordering our products, you certify that you are above the legal drinking age in Singapore, or that you have reached the legal age required in your country of residence to be allowed to purchase or consume alcohol.

2. Prices quoted on the website include GST based on prevailing rates, unless otherwise stated. Our basic prices are indicated in Singapore Dollars.

3. Payment is due upon payment gateway approval (via Visa/Mastercard/AMEX). We work hard to ensure that our system is up to date and to avoid no stock availability, we are however not responsible for the unavailability of stocks.

4. Once you have placed your order on the order form when you checkout, your order is only processed by our system when you have completed the online transaction successfully.

5. The present conditions apply to the sales of products on the Weindepot Singapore website. These conditions are automatically made available to the buyer in the home page of the internet site of https://www.weindepotsingapore.com/. The fact of ordering implies complete adhesion of the buyer, without reserve. Refund will be given at the discretion of the company management subject to situation.

 

CARRIAGE AND DELIVERY

All products sold at https://www.weindepotsingapore.com/ are insured by us during their transport and are carried at our own risk.
The delivery is made upon reception of full payment on all goods purchased. Delivery is indicated as per your confirmed choice of delivery method proposed in our delivery conditions.

Any delay for delivery will by no means be compensated, accounted nor enable the cancellation of the order. However, if after a delay of one month upon written claim by the customer, the goods have still not been delivered, the sale could then be cancelled by either one of the parties. The customer will obtain the refund of his payment excluding any other compensation or damage, within a delay of two weeks.

In all circumstances, the delivery of the goods within this delay can only be made if the customer has indicated the exact information, address and telephone contact of the addressee during the order process. If this information is not correctly communicated,https://www.weindepotsingapore.com/ will not be liable for any further delay or non-delivery of the goods.

 

CHARGE BACK

A refund could be accorded in case of wrong delivery and breakage of wines in the process of delivering to you. Please contact our Customer Service department.
