Deep ruby red, but nicely transparent. It has a complex bouquet that is reminiscent of violets, plums and red berry fruits, combined with delicate spicy hints. It is dry on the palate, with an attractive balance between its tannins and acidity. The finish is fresh and persistent.

Description
Description
The estate originated with a Roman family who fell in love with the property in 1990, planting the first vineyards and building the wine cellar.
Tommasi family estates took over in 2015 and quickly intervened with a substantial agronomical project to recuperate the vineyards and prune the olive groves. We reorganized the winery and the cellar, and plans are underway for a partial restoration and addition to the winery using sustainable materials and building practices.
Today, we use the expertise of our winemaking to bring new character every year to the Brunello di Montalcino
