Description

The Pinot Grigio is grown in the Venezia Giulia region, including the provinces of Gorizia, Pordenone, Trieste and Udine.

The vines are vertical-trellised and Guyot trained, with a planting density of 5000 plants/ha. The harvest is done at the start of September.
Tasting Notes

Golden yellow color. Aromas of golden apple, ripe pear and peach. Good consistency in the mouth, good balance between acidity and smoothness. On the palate, it is delightfully dry, medium-bodied, with a crisp, appealing acidity.
Serving Suggestions

A classic Pinot Grigio which will pair well with antipasti, especially seafood and vegetable-based ones like seafood salad or marinated items like octopus.
