Return & Exchange Policy
Weindepot Singapore Pte Ltd has a strict no-return policy once products have been sold, except for the following situations:
- Wrong wines or wrong quantity of wines based on online purchase had been delivered.
- Wines delivered show significant signs of damage.
Kindly inform us within 24 hours should there be any damages that may have occurred during the transportation and feel free to write comments on the delivery note should you have any.
Any issues raised after 24 hours will be dealt on a case by case basis according to company discretion.
