The vines of the Ripasso are cultivated using the “spalliera”method and the pruning is done using the “Guyot” method with a density of 5.000 bases/ha. From the Tenuta Novare, Valpolicella Classica and Valpantena vineyards. Soil calcareous-marl, clay and basalt.
