Chablis Excellence.

Domaine Servin is a prominent winery with a rich history rooted in the Chablis region of Burgundy, France. Established in the early 17th century, it is one of the oldest and most respected family-owned estates in Chablis, currently managed by the Servin family, who have been involved for multiple generations.Â
The estate is currently ran by François Servin (Pictured below) and his Australian brother-in-law, Mark Cameron.

Domaine Servin produces unparalleled wines, from the best terroirs located in the heart of Chablis, taking advantage of its particular microclimates, which produce one of the best Chardonnay’s in the world.

Traditional winemaking is an important component of the success of Domaine Servin wines. Some of our finest wines are vinified in oak barrels, to strengthen their intrinsic character, others vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve their finesse and freshness in the mouth.

Today, the Domaine is recognized as one of the largest owner- grower domain of Chablis with 37 hectares on some of the most famous slopes of Chablis, producing the whole range of appellations of Chablis, with its Petit Chablis, Chablis and Chablis Vieilles Vignes Sélection Massale;
Six Chablis Premiers Crus: Montée de Tonnerre, Mont de Milieu, Vaucoupin , Vaillons, Forêts et Butteaux; as well as its Four Chablis Grand Cru with Les Preuses, Bougros, Blanchot and Les Clos.

Regularly selected in the biggest wine competitions (Hachette, Revue des Vins de France, etc.), and by the most prestigious specialized wine journalists (Neal Martin – Vinous , Allen Meadows – Burghound and William Kelly – Wine Advocate), one of our wines was selected in the 100 best wines in the world!
