Arômes de Pavie is the official second wine of the prestigious Premier Grand Cru Classé estate, Château Pavie, in Saint-Émilion. Introduced with the 2005 vintage, it is produced from younger vines (typically less than 10 years old) and lots not selected for the first wine, offering a more accessible, fruit-forward, and earlier-drinking style compared to its counterpart

A juicy wine with hints of nuts, berries, salted chocolate and gunpowder. Medium- to full-bodied. From a particular parcel that gives tannin length. Turns a little tight at the end. 50% merlot and 50% cabernet franc.
