Description

The grapes for the Burg Ravensburg Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder) grow on the surrounding hills of the Ravensburg castle. The unique climate and soil defines this fine pinot noir matured for 12 months in used oak, by fine fruit components of cherrys and blackberries and a fine minerality
Tasting Notes

Delicate floral scent of red berries with citrus nuances and earthy as well as very slightly spicy tones. Slightly muted fruit with some smoky wood notes as well as herbal and chalky-earthy tones, still a little drying, fine sandy tannin, certain persistence, floral-oily traces, also a little drying in the finish
