Founded en 1991, the estate extends over both banks of the Loire. To date, we cultivate 15 hectares in Pouilly-Fumé, Pouilly-sur-Loire, Sancerre and Coteaux-du-Giennois appellations areas.

With the 2018 vintage, the second certified vintage, we have taken the approach a step further by not using insecticides or weed killers. We strive to make wines that are just like us to fully satisfy our customers.

The oldest parcel of the domaine gives its name to this cuvee. Facing due South with an exceptional terroir (kimmerridgian marl), which gives this wine body, fullness and powerful aromas.

Goes perfectly with smoked salmon and fish in sauce
