Domaine Sylvain Bzikot is a family-owned Burgundy estate based in Beaune, with a winemaking heritage dating back to the 1940s. The domaine was established by Sylvain's grandfather, a Polish immigrant who settled in Burgundy and gradually acquired vineyards in Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. Today, Sylvain manages approximately 15 hectares alongside the next generation of his family, including his son Quentin. Known for meticulous vineyard management and a terroir-focused philosophy, the estate combines traditional viticulture with thoughtful winemaking. By blending barrel fermentation with stainless-steel ageing, Bzikot produces expressive, beautifully balanced Chardonnay wines that capture the richness and elegance of the Côte de Beaune.
