The finesse of the limestone pebbles, the energy of the flint and the richness of the limestone-clay soils give the Pouilly-Fumé ‘Domaine Patrice Moreux’ an elegance which is atthe heart of its typicality and personality.

Light lemon yellow color with silver highlights. Complex, highly mineral start on the nose. Great minerality reminiscent of lime and chalk. Very elegant on the palate. Delicate and equipped with perfect acidity

Pairs wonderfully with fresh seafood, goat cheese, or a light summer salad. Its minerality and freshness also make it an excellent match for sushi or lightly spiced Asian cuisine.
