Domaine Amiot et Fils is a historic family-owned estate based in Morey-Saint-Denis, with ten generations of winemaking heritage in the heart of Burgundy's Côte de Nuits. The domaine's identity was established by Pierre Amiot, who introduced its distinctive wine labels in 1976, and subsequently developed by his son Jean-Louis. Today, the next generation, Léon Amiot, continues the family tradition. Covering approximately five hectares, the estate produces wines across regional, village, Premier Cru and Grand Cru appellations. Its traditional approach combines hand-harvesting, indigenous yeasts and careful oak ageing to create authentic Pinot Noirs expressing their individual terroirs.
