Description

A powerful and generous Premier Cru with lots of body and concentration. A style that is similar to the Grands Crus with multiple layers of fruit and complexity in the middle palate. A rare and highly respected Premier Cru.
Tasting Notes

The robe is a soft yellow with green/grey reflections. The nose is complex and intense with toasted notes blended with fresh yellow fruits. The mouth is full and fresh with a beautiful richness. This is a powerful wine with toasted aromas present on a long finish.
Serving Suggestions

All seafood, especially oysters, shellfish. Also excellent with chicken and lamb. Serve between 11-13°C.
