Maison Albert Bichot is a family-owned Burgundian winery, founded in 1831, with estates stretching from Chablis to Beaujolais. They are known for their commitment to organic viticulture, with all their estate wines becoming organic in 2018, and a focus on traditional, non-interventionist winemaking to create wines that express their terroir.

These vineyards, located in southern Burgundy’s Mâconnais region, stretch out around Pouilly-Fuissé. The southern part is located just next to the Beaujolais, on the slopes of the famous Roche de Solutré.
