Maison Albert Bichot, Savigny Les Beaune 1er Cru Les Peuillets 2018

Founded in 1831, Maison Albert Bichot is one of Burgundy's most respected family houses, now run by its sixth generation and renowned for crafting wines that faithfully reflect the terroir of each appellation. 

Savigny-Les-Beaune is an old, typically Burgundian winegrowing village, just north of Beaune. Today, the appellation is divided between the cultivation of Chardonnay (15%) and Pinot Noir (85% grapes) and boasts 22 Premier Crus including the renowned "Les Peuillets" climat.
The plot borders on the Beaune appellation and faces east. The vines are planted at an average altitude of 250 metres on a gentle slope.
