Description

In 1995, Armando’s son Alan qualified as an oenologist (from the “C.B. Cerletti” Wine School in Conegliano) and the family then decided to start making its own wine directly. In 1999, 30 hectares were acquired in Roncade, where the two brothers Alan and William decided to build the beautiful Santomè winery – a project that was at last completed in 2016 with the opening of the new retail outlet and tasting/conference room.
Tasting Notes

A pale straw yellow colour with green hues. An intense and complex bouquet with sensations of fig leaves and sweet pepper. This is followed by a delicate mineral and fruity hint of pineapples and sensations of citrus fruits including grapefruit and citreon, with a light and spicy Mediterranean finish

Fresh, subtle, elegant, delicately gentle and light with a final taste of citrus.
Serving Suggestions

For its gentle acidity, this wine combines magnificantly with delicate herb risottos, onion soup, mushroom soup and pasta with tomato sauce.
