Domaine du Séminaire is is a family-run organic wine estate located in Valréas, in the Enclave des Papes region of the Southern Rhône Valley in France.  The estate is run by Hervé and Mathilde Pouizin, fourth generation winemakers of the family.

The vineyard is situated on the heights of Valréas, between 300 and 400 metres above sea level, on clay-limestone and sandy soils. The vinification uses classic concrete vats (dating back to 1938) for fermentation and aging without the use of new oak, preserving bright fruit notes and native yeast characteristics.  The wines have a fresh, ripe fruit flavour and supple, elegant tannins.
