Tasting Notes

Deep cherry red colour, nose of Black fruit (blackberry, blackcurrant) combined with sour cherry and raspberry. Hints of cherry flavours evolve toward peppery, mentholated notes. A hint of cedar rounds out the fruitiness. Silky texture with impressive length. Complex and fresh finish.

This wine is a fine match for roasted or grilled meats, poultry, vegetables and mild cheeses.
