Description

Coteaux Bourguignons is a recent appellation featuring the freshness of Burgundy's red varietals, Pinot Noir and Gamay.

Though the soils are all composed of calcareous clay, the diversity of terroirs that spans the region from north to south gives this wine its lovely aromatic complexity.
Tasting Notes

This wine possesses an attractive purple dress with parma reflects. Fruity spiced with touches of cherry, currant and licorice stick enhanced of rose petals. The full and greedy palate supported by attractive slightly roasted tannins.
Serving Suggestions

Pair with hors d'oeuvres, grilled or barbecued meats as well as with poultry and moderately ripe cheeses. Serve at 15°C (57°F). Enjoy this wine while young for its fruit.
