Maison Albert Bichot is a family-owned Burgundian winery, founded in 1831, with estates stretching from Chablis to Beaujolais. They are known for their commitment to organic viticulture, with all their estate wines becoming organic in 2018, and a focus on traditional, non-interventionist winemaking to create wines that express their terroir.

This wine possesses an attractive purple dress with parma reflects. Fruity spiced with touches of cherry, currant and licorice stick enhanced of rose petals. The full and greedy palate supported by attractive slightly roasted tannins.
