Description

The vines are both cordon de Royat and Guyot pruned. The grapes are harvested between August and the end of October at night in order to preserve the fruit’s freshness. The bunches of grapes are then destemmed and vinified in temperature‐controlled stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes

This wine features lovely golden colour. The nose is rich and typical of Chardonnay with notes of white‐fleshed fruit and mild spices. Round and fleshy on the palate with lovely length.
Serving Suggestions

This Chardonnay is ideal with crustaceans, fine fish, white meats or poultry in sauce. Also pair it with full‐flavoured cheeses.

Serve between 10 and 12 °C (50 to 54°F).
