Maison Albert Bichot,Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru " La Garenne" 2022

Maison Albert Bichot is a family-owned Burgundian winery, founded in 1831, with estates stretching from Chablis to Beaujolais. They are known for their commitment to organic viticulture, with all their estate wines becoming organic in 2018, and a focus on traditional, non-interventionist winemaking to create wines that express their terroir. 

The "La Garenne" climate is located at altitude, just above the "Champgains". Historically, a garenne referred to an enclosed wood reserved for lords for hunting, particularly small game such as rabbits — the origin of the well-known expression "rabbit of the warren".
