Tenuta San Mauro, "Canova" Barbaresco Riserva, DOCG, 2004

On the crest, in the territory of Castagnole delle Lanze, stands the Tenuta San Mauro.

It is the Bianco family's winery which boasts a total of 70 hectares between the Asti and Alba areas, 40 of which are planted with vineyards and 30 with meadows, arable land and woods. Our vineyards, mainly cultivated with the Guyot training system, produce fine wines with Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin.

Ours is an ancient family passion. From mother Clara, Mauro took the pleasure of wine with the defense of authenticity at all costs; from father Ettore, he took the love for the land, for ancient agriculture, its traditions, its values. Tradition and challenge is the family motto.
