Description

In 1995, Armando’s son Alan qualified as an oenologist (from the “C.B. Cerletti” Wine School in Conegliano) and the family then decided to start making its own wine directly. In 1999, 30 hectares were acquired in Roncade, where the two brothers Alan and William decided to build the beautiful Santomè winery – a project that was at last completed in 2016 with the opening of the new retail outlet and tasting/conference room.
Tasting Notes

The bouquet, rich in exotic scents, ranges from a mango to a pineapple going back to papaya pulpy fruit. White flowers are also a reminder of orange flowers and citrus fruit. A mineral note emerges in the end recalling a memory of calcareous rock.

Enveloping and delicate with a nice freshness and tastiness and an intriguing softness rich in fruity aromas.
Serving Suggestions

Elegant and well-structured with balanced hints of fruit, this Pinot Grigio will certainly impress the most demanding palate. It is particularly suited to fish risotto, fish soup, seafood, and grilled cuttlefish. It goes also well with smoked ham and soft cheeses
