Vietti Castiglione, Barolo DOCG, 2015

Born from Nebbiolo grapes coming from small vineyards located in the towns of Castiglione Falletto, Monforte, Barolo and Novello by Vietti (age of vines between 7 and 35 years). All individual crus are vinified and aged separately and in different ways in order to enhance the individual characteristics typical of " Terroir ". The aging in wood of various sizes has duration of 24 months, the different vineyards are assembled eight months before bottling.
